Follow the money

R.I.P.

Imagine my surprise, arriving in London to discover that the $14.5M of Mr. Albert Briggs, now deceased, has disappeared.

I was met at the grave site by Gerald Chambers, attorney, who informed me that a certain Robert Wright had arrived yesterday while poor Albert was still in transition from tray to urn, and that Mr. Wright produced power-of-attorney for me authorizing him to collect the sum on my behalf.

He was accompanied by a shady middle eastern man who, Mr. Chambers said, answered to the name Akim. But whose signature in the cemetery registry read: Stanley Lebodo.

Now what?
